By using Tow Bros' website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide tow truck, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services across Waterbury and New Haven County, Connecticut. Services are subject to availability, weather, and current dispatch load.

Pricing

We quote before dispatching. Final price matches the quote unless on-site circumstances materially change. Payment due at completion.

Damage Liability

We carry full transit cargo insurance. Damage we cause during transport is covered. Pre-existing damage and damage from the original incident are not.

Cancellation

Cancel before the truck arrives → no charge. Cancel after arrival → hookup fee may apply.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe (active fire, hostile environment, vehicle in active traffic).

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service plus reasonable repair through our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
